If you're using citra navigate to file -> Install cia and install the update.When you're done applying any xDelta patches, put the CIA in your SD card and install it via FBI.If you're using the Restoration Patch, use the optional patches in the "Hamtaro Compatibility Patch" folder.If you want to use any of the optional patches apply ONE xDelta patch to your TLE update CIA.If you're using the Hamtaro & Cheburashka Restoration Patch go into the "Hamtaro Compatibility Patch" folder and apply the base xDelta patch to the TLE update CIA.Download the patch from the second link I posted below the OP.Search for "Trio of Towns True Love Edition" and go to the thread I've started.Please don't ask or link to the site here, it's against the rules to share it. If you don't know what that site is, google it.Go to "that ISO site" and create an account if you haven't already you'll need an account to view and search threads.If you don't want to install CFW, you can use the 3ds emulator Citra on your PC.

I highly recommend installing CFW using this guide. Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns isn't compatible with Hans and there is no working method to get this patch on your 3ds without CFW. If you're updating from v4.2.1 or below you'll have to remove the old patch files from LayeredFS for Trio of Towns. Instead, this patch has been merged with Trio of Town's free 1.1 update CIA (USA only). LayeredFS is no longer supported as an installation method as of v5.0 of TLE.
